Information and Policies
Cabins/Chalets
Reserve
- To reserve a Chalet a Credit Card is required. A Credit Card is also required at Check In. A security hold may be placed on your Credit Card at that time. We accept all Major Credit Cards.
- You will be asked to provide details on the number of guests, and this will be confirmed at Check In. We ask that the number of guests in all Chalets is the number Registered with us, at Check In, after 10:30 P.M. each evening
Cancellation
- all reservations are subject to a minimum $10.00 handling fee if cancelled.
- If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, a one day rate may be charged to your credit card.
- If cancellation is made less than 48 Hrs from the date of arrival, the total booking value may be charged to your Credit Card.
- Early Check-Out... If guests decide to check out earlier than intended stay, and we are unable to rebook the Cabin/Chalet a 50 % rate may be charged for the remainder of the intended stay.
- There may also be a specific Cancellation Policy, or Deposit required for your Reservation, which will be Confirmed with you at time of Booking!
Groups
- We do not accept Group Bookings, our Guests are asked to contact us to Book or Confirm any Reservations directly.
- If you are planning a wedding or family get together, contact us with the details, we would be pleased to help with your groups accommodation plans.
General
- we are a Smoke free Property, absolutely no smoking in our chalets or associated decks
- we are also a Pet free Vacation Destination.
- Check In 4 P.M. Check In after 9 P.M. gladly accommodated, however please inform us ahead of time. Check Out 10:30 A.M, unless other arrangements have been made. You may choose to pay with cash, Credit or Debit Card at Check Out
- No Alcohol shall be consumed on the property, other then, in the Cabin/ Chalet, on the decks or a marked designated area...
Visitors
- for your safety as well as others, all Visitors are asked to Register on their arrival and asked to leave the property by 10:30 P.M .
- there may be a $5.00 charge per Registrant
